All Hail M’Queen: Fashion Edition
I’ve never been afraid to show some leg. My motto has always been, “legs or tits… NEVER BOTH.” But since I’m a leg girl, I often lean towards 1960’s mod maxi mini dresses with tights, or thigh highs. If pants are part of my look, they’re either destroyed denim or black pleather leggings paired with faux fur ANYTHING! Sooo Varsity right now.
Since I spend a lot of time on stage, I try to keep the same vibe as my street style, but challenge the look a little. I may wear a plain white t-shirt, but accompanied by a Moto leather jacket (a must have) to give it a little edge. Or a tailored black suit jacket on top of Madonna-esque leotard bottoms. I like showing my goods without going completely jazzercise… Always keep fashion risks classy and sexy; trashy usually just comes off looking homeschool. I’ve also always been a fan of a glammed up military look, too. Who knows, maybe you’ll see me rocking something like that in the near future.
When dressing up comes into play, I’m not afraid to step out the box and try something new. I’ve always considered myself able to clean up nicely and I have a extremely classy personal side that I never get to experiment with on stage or in press photos. I’m looking forward to upcoming red carpet opportunities, combining my badass stage style with a classy red carpet look, which is sure to cause the best fashion police controversy.
So there you have it. My first entry for Listen! It’s Vetrano. I hope you got a little introduction to me and my fashion choices. I’m excited to share my, sometimes controversial, opinions with you in upcoming posts, so let me know what you want me to take to task on Twitter at @anna_mqueen. Until then… bow down, bitches!
