Woman Crush Wednesday: Camila Giorgi
As the 32nd best player on the WTA circuit, the Italian sensation continues to serve up the right moves both on and off the court!
It’s a second Camila in our regular feature, as Camila Giorgi follows Camila Cabello as my Wednesday Crush Wednesday. In truth, I couldn’t look anywhere else. Camila Giorgi broke onto the tennis scene as a fresh-faced 21-year-old at the 2013 US Open. Five years later, she’s being tipped for a terrific 2019. This is after rediscovering her form over recent months to match her career-best WTA ranking at #30 in the world in September.
Her accomplishments on the court include:
- Reaching her first Grand Slam quarter-final in 2018 at Wimbledon.
- Progressing beyond the first round of all four Grand Slams in 2018.
- Representing Italy at the Fed Cup on several occasions.
- Earning in excess of $2.7m in her career.
- Boasting a healthy career singles win percentage of just under 60%.
As she prepares to turn 27 at the end of December, the blonde beauty is preparing for a crucial year in her career. It is one in which she hopes to reach the top 16 and improve on her Wimbledon showing. As the likes of Sara Errani and Fabio Fognini, she will be Italy’s best hope of success on the court next year. And she certainly deserves the accolades.

Whether she’s on the catwalk, lounging around the home, or taking snaps of her tennis travels doesn’t matter. The Italian goddess oozes natural beauty, simplistic yet stunning style, and sex appeal in every single photo. After spending a lifetime perfecting her shots on the court, it’s clear that those sentiments have extended to her photography. She is the selfie queen.
The combination of athletic physique and confidence in knowing less is more keeps fans glued to her Insta feed. From stylish one-piece outfits to simple jewelry choices, her approach to beauty is accessible to all. With online retailers like GalaxyGold.com, replicating her general look could not be simpler for the modern woman. However, very few could replicate the attraction of those piercing eyes and understanding of who she wants to be.
From Anna Kournikova to Maria Sharapova, the WTA has provided some of the world’s most iconic blonde-haired beauties for several years. Right now, Camila Giorgi takes center stage on any court she steps onto.
