Harry Styles Heading In Another Direction?

For months rumors have been circulating that Harry Styles, one-fifth of the massive boy band One Direction, has been working on a solo project. Those rumors appeared to have been confirmed as a new single written by Styles and his rocker friend Sam McCarthy landed online over the weekend. The song immediately sent the band’s fans into a frenzy and breakup rumors swirled. 

The band’s rep insists that “Don’t Let Me Go” is single that Styles wrote for a One Direction project that was later rejected and shoots down rumors of a breakup or tension between the band. And while it’s inevitable that Styles will eventually pull a Timberlake and ditch his buddies, young ladies everywhere can rest easy for now.
