    Carrie Underwood’s Heartbeat

It’s December (already!) and, while the panic that I’ve yet to do any Christmas shopping has officially set in, things got a lot less stressful when I got a peak at the new Carrie Underwood video for Storyteller‘s second single “Heartbeat.” This former American Idol, who has always had a special place in my heart, always stuns with her perfect vocal and show-stopping looks in her catalog of gorgeous videos. “Heartbeat” is no exception. Although, it could be considered the most “exception-al” of the bunch. Underwood, who dances around under the “harvest moon” in her bare feet, has never looked better in this drool-worthy video. Featuring only her and set to the scene she paints in…

    CMT Music Awards 2015 Recap

Carrie Underwood Puts the “C” in the CMT Music Awards 2015 Show Last night, Nashville’s biggest week —CMA Fest / Fan Fair — kicked off with CMT hosting their annual awards show (CMT Music Awards 2015) to honor the top music videos of the year. The country crowd arrived at Downtown Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, while oddly selected –and paired– hosts Erin Andrews and Brittany Snow prepared for the big show. The men dressed down this year, while the women sexed it up. Perhaps fueling more conversation for the tomato vs. lettuce debate, the ladies dressed up more than a salad in Nashville Wednesday. And of all days, Hump Day. The…

Carrie Underwood Delivers “Little Toy Guns”

Carrie Underwood debuted a special delivery to her fans this morning. No, it wasn’t her first son (with husband and Nashville Predator’s Mike Fisher), which is due this Spring. Instead Underwood posted the emotional new video for her new single “Little Toy Guns” on her Facebook page with a special message for fans, seen below. In the clip, the mom-to-be is featured in a forest while a child’s fantasizes herself as a mystical hero set out to save her parents from the fighting that she overhears in the beginning of the video. Best & Worst of 2014

Another great year has come and gone. I don’t know about you, but 2014 was a great year for V for Vetrano. I spent most of it working in the music industry, managing artist’s unrealistic expectations, enjoying Nashville’s growing city and fighting to find the balance between professional and personal. Both done quite successfully, in my opinion. I learned a lot about myself this year, which led to the rebranding of my music blog Tragic Kingdom to Listen! It’s Vetrano, officially launching in the new year. But before I take you too far forward, I have to look back at the year of 2014. I’ve compiled my picks for the best & worst…
