Chris grew up in Denver but relocated to Nashville in 2010 where he manages Lyft's transit, bike, and scooter customer experience team and spends time discovering ways to make the most of life. As one chapter of life was comi 11 YEARS 🌇

As one chapter of life was coming to a close, I made a life changing decision to pack up what I could and move from my hometown in Colorado to Nashville. I had no plan, no job, and no idea what I was doing. We had just wrapped the 10th Anniversary of The UMS, feeling both accomplished and exhausted. As we packed up what remained from that milestone, I packed up my car and what I could fit into my rented trailer and hit the road. 🛻 Little did I know then that I was embarking on an 11 year adventure that would change my life in so many meaningful ways. From working in the industry that I dreamed about as a young child to finding true love and building the family and foundation I had longed for most of my life. July 27, 2010 was the start of an incredible journey and the continuation to my story. 📚 While my heart will be tied to my Denver-born roots, today belongs to Music City. The place I landed 11 years ago. 💖 Though I don’t know where the next 11 may take me, I know now that the story continues and I’m ready for what’s next. For now, I am home.🔮

Lockdown: One Year Later. One year ago, when the w Lockdown: One Year Later. One year ago, when the world announced a global pandemic, much was unknown about the inevitable lockdown we were heading into. I packed up my desk at work, set up a station at home, and we ordered whatever supplies we could find online. Then we waited... and watched. 😳 As we began to adjust to life without friends, hugs, or in-person anything, we improvised with video chats, phone calls, and quaranteams. But still scared and consumed by the tragic news that filled our screens. 🥺 A year later, we are still home and unsure about what’s next but perhaps a bit more hopeful. So In an effort to refocus the tragic memories of the last year to hope and light, I’m sharing this fun collaboration that our dear friend @joshuaalanr invited us to participate in when lockdown began. My hope is that someday @joe__face and I can look back at this as a reminder of the bump in the road of our beautiful journey. And my hope for all of us is that we find the rainbow at the end of this storm. 🌈 P.S. Hit me up on @zoom if y’all want to party later! 💻🎉

#Chattanooga has done it again, serving as the backdrop to my wonderful birthday weekend getaway and some much needed adventure in this crazy year! 💚 
Thank you @joe__face for always going above and beyond to make me feel celebrated and loved every day of the year, but even more so on my birthday. I love you! ❤️

@cassadeepope, you always show up and remind me what true friendship should be. I can’t imagine laughing uncontrollably (until we almost fall down) with anyone else! And to my scorpio brother @sampalladio, my birthday is no longer complete without sharing the stage for a perfectly choreographed rendition of any 90’s pop smash! I look forward to more celebrations together in the future. 💛

In the season of giving thanks these people, and so many others that made my birthday extra special this year, have given me a lot to be thankful for. It was a historic week/ weekend that I will never forget and would not have wanted to spend it any other way. This next year is looking up! 💜
