Hunter Hayes Launches “The Rescue Collection”

HUNTER HAYES LAUNCHES “THE RESCUE COLLECTION” LIMITED EDITION SHOES ON ZAPPOS.COM

Always looking for ways to help others through the power of music, Hunter Hayes officially launched “The Rescue Collection” on Zappos.com. The five-time Grammy nominee’s inspiring track “Rescue,” released earlier this year, kickstarted the limited edition shoe collaboration. The designs (seen below) stem from the David Garibaldi paintings created in the song’s accompanying music video.

“The Rescue Collection” features two shoe designs printed on Superga sneakers. Each purchase includes a signed copy of Hayes’ hand written lyric sheet in every shoe box. Hayes has partnered with Zappos for Good, the charitable arm of the shoe retailer. One hundred percent of the net proceeds will go to the North Shore Animal League America. Hayes is also donating select pairs from the collection to The CMA Foundation for auction.

“We’re very excited and grateful to see this idea we had earlier this year come to life and have the potential to help so many people,” said Hayes.

“I am a firm believer in the power music has to help people and it’s been incredibly uplifted to see how many people ‘Rescue’ has reached. The launch of the shoe collection furthers our mission and I am excited to see the positive impact.”
